Registration and Subscription:

  1. Who can have access to ACMilan-ShowTime services?

    ACMilan-ShowTime services are available to all the internet users who have registered (after the registration).

  2. Do I have to register in order to access ACMilan-ShowTime offer?

    Yes, you have. Registration is free and will give you the possibility to access all the contents and video services in ACMilan-ShowTime FREE.
    If yoy are already a registered member in ACMILAN.com website, you can use the same USER and PASSWORD to access Showtime area.
    If your profile doesn’t include some necessary data, you will be asked to complete your registration through a webpage.

  3. How can I modify my registration data?

    You will be able to modify your registration data from the home page of Showtime.
    Click on your user name (up on the left) after having logged in. You will find all your personal details and you will be able to modify them clicking on the “Modify” button.

  4. Is my privacy protected?

    Your personal data will be entered during the registration process, when we ask you to pay attention to Privacy notes (based on D. Lgs. 196/2003) and Term&Condition details.
    To be a registered member and to have access to specific services and areas you will have to accept these terms and conditions.

  5. How much is subscription?

    Gold
    3 months: € 11,99
    12 months: € 34,99

    Platinum
    3 months: € 17,99
    12 months: € 44,99

  6. Can I convert my Gold subscription into the Platinum?

    Yes, you can, before your subscription period expires. The remaining amount of money will be automatically credited to your Click&Buy account and you will be able to purchase a new subscription.
    The calculation will be based on remaining days you have not used yet.
    For example: You want to change your 3 months Gold subscription into a 12 months Platinum subscription and you have subscribed 1 month ago. The 2 months remaining will be credited on your Click&Buy account and you will be able to use that money to purchase the new subscription.
    It is not possible to stop any subscription before its expiration time and have the money back.
    Attention: the new subscription will start with the whole standard length. (i.e. 365 days)

    If you change your 3 months Gold subscription to purchase a 12 months Gold subscription, the previous one will go on until the natural expiration without any authomatic renewal.

  7. Can I purchase only one video content?

    Pay per view formula is not available at the moment.

  8. How can I get a free code?

    Free codes are offered only by some Sponsor who have a Partnership agreement with ACMilan and from AC Milan itself through its own promotions. These promotions will be managed by AC Milan/SPONSOR which have free codes at their disposal.

  9. I have some problems with credit cards payment: what should I do?

  10. What kind of payment system are available for ACMilan-ShowTime service?

    Credit card is the only way allowed by the payment system.

  11. Are purchase safe?

    All the processes comply to Privacy norms.
    Safety in transactions is very important for us.

  12. What are the terms for renewal?

    At the expiry of the subscription duration, the service will be automatically renewed for a period of equal duration, except that the customer may decide not to renew the contract by expressly notifying said intent at least 30 (thirty) days before the expiry of the current duration.

    In order to notify his/her intent not to renew the contract, the customer will have a special option available in the subscription management panel he/she may access directly through the link communicated in the e-mail of confirmation of service activation.
    In the event the customer should select the “cancel subscription” option within the above-said term of 30 days, and therefore receive confirmation via e-mail of the occurred cancellation, the contract will not be renewed and will thus terminate at the expiry of the current duration.

  1. Are ACMilan-ShowTime videos protected?

    Yes, they are protected by DRM system.

  2. How are DRM licences managed?

    Every licence of a video content can be downloaded 3 times maximum.
    After the licence has been downloaded on a personal pc, video content can be viewed whenever.
    If you accidentally delete your licence, it can be downloaded again (3 times maximum). This means hat you will be able to download the licence on a maximum of 3 different PCs (for instance on your home PC, on your notebook and on your PC at work)

  3. Is it necessary to have a broadband connection in order to access ACMilan-ShowTime video contents?

    The minimum bitrate requested to view videos is 500 Kbbs.

  4. What are the minimal requirements to watch AcMilan-ShowTime?

    In order to display multimedia ACMilan-ShowTime contents, your PC should satisfy the following minimal requirements:

    Operative System:
    Windows XP or Vista installed
    Browser:
    Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher
    Mozilla Firefox 2.0 or higher
    (Cookies and javascript enabled)
    Player:
    Windows Media Player 11.0 (or higher).
    You need an audio card, speakers or headphones conntected to the pc with active volume.

    Different hardware or software platforms (as Mac, Unix, Linux, and so on) are not supported.

    Furthermore we suggest you upgrade your Operative System: please, pay attention to Windows Media Player 11.
    You can find all the upgrades for free on the official website update.microsoft.com.
    Minimal harware requirements: Intel® Pentium® III-IV - 800 MHz processor, 128 Mb RAM, 16 Mb graphic card.
    Recommended hardware requirements: Intel® Pentium® IV - 1 GHz and higher processor, 256 MB RAM or higher, 32 Mb or higher graphic card with acceleration and DirectX.

  5. What Windows Media Player version is installed on my PC?

  6. Why am I not able to hear the contents’ audio?

    Please, check minimal requirements to access the service: pay attention to audio card, speakers or headphones connected to your PC and active volume.

  7. Why am I not able to see video contents?

    Please, check minimal requirements to access the service: Windows Media Player 11.0 (or higher) must be installed.
    Join the test to verify your current Windows Media Player version.

  8. Why am I not able to save a highlights video on my PC?

    It is not possible to download any content on PCs at the moment.

  9. Why do I view video contents in fits and starts?

    Your bandwidth could be poor to correctly visualize the content. We remind you that minimal bitrate required is 500 kbps.

  10. My office workstation has all the plug-in and a large bandwidth connection, but I’m not able to view video contents: why?

    Probably the Firewall (protection system) of your company is not configured to allow video watching.

  11. I am a Mac/Linux user: can I access to video contents on ACMilan-ShowTime?

    As Microsoft Digital Rights Management (DRM) licence system is not fully supported on Mac OS, some limitations apply to MAC users, most specifically clips downloading is not available.
    At the moment ACMilan-ShowTime offer is available only to Windows users who have verified minimal requirements indicated above.
